After an in depth consultation where you tell me all your goals and aspirations; we start off with a full assessment. Looking at both your nutrition & current fitness levels. I look at avoiding any future possible issues with a full posture analysis in this assessment too.


I make sure I gain full understanding of your likes & dislikes to ensure the programme meets your expectations & is enjoyable & fun too. Becoming healthier doesn't mean you have to be miserable and I want you to look forward to and enjoy every session.


PT sessions can be held in your home; home; office or one of the gyms listed.

Training Techniques/Classes


You may have a goal to get faster, enter an obstacle course race, walk to the shops & back, play football with your children, walk up the stairs without getting out of breath, go on holiday with a body you feel proud of, recover from an injury, or keep fit during & after having a baby. Everyone will have very different requirements & the programme exercises we do will be based on YOUR goals and the training will be suitable for your personal ability...though it will push you past where you feel you can go!!


I have been teaching a verity of fun classes for the past 5 years. Any equipment required I can bring with me as requested



This is a combination of Boxing pad work, circuit, full body conditioning, non-combat class. Aimed at working HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to improve cardio stamina, tone arms, core & full body, whilst burning maximum calories.

Working both aerobic & anaerobic energy systems at the same time will increase your metabolic rate whilst bruning a ton of calories during the class and up to 24 hours after!

After an assessment completed online:


• Unlimited correspondence via email; Weekly correspondence via text; whatsapp or phone.

• Bi weekly check in with measurements; weight & photos.

• Nutrition guide with macros & calories adjusted Bi weekly where required.

• Exercise programme to follow which can be either in your home or a gym adjusted at 4-6 weeks. 

• Skype sessions available on request.

• Video links sent as required.
